Our Repair Process

  1. Estimate is written
  2. Owner signs repair authorization
  3. Insurance approval
  4. Parts are ordered
  5. Vehicle is dropped off for repairs
  6. Vehicle is disassembled and re-inspected
  7. Supplemental damage report is sent to the insurance company if additional damage is found
  8. Insurance supplemental is approved
  9. Additional parts are ordered from the supplemental is needed
  10. Repairs on the vehicle begin
  11. Corrosion protection is applied to the repaired areas
  12. Vehicle is prepped for paint i.e. primed and block, taped and masked
  13. Vehicle is then painted
  14. Reassmbly of the vehicle
  15. Detailing of the repaired vehicle is done
  16. Quaility control inspection is preformed
  17. Repairs are completed and the customer is notified
